The Four Conversations Workshops
The Four Conversations Workshops are based on the ideas contained in the book “The Four Conversations: Daily Communication that Gets Results” and are available in formats that range from a half day to two days. Each workshop is designed to give participants the ability to effectively use the four conversations in their day-to-day work interactions.

Personal Leadership Effectiveness depends on accomplishing what you said you would by when you said you would. Yet, everyday people commit to things without knowing if they are really available to do what is being asked of them. Scheduling for Personal and Professional Accomplishment provides people with a well-tested method for being accountable for the work they have committed to doing that positively supports their personal leadership effectiveness.
The Five Foundations of Personal Leadership Effectiveness
Personal leadership effectiveness is the ability to accomplish the things we are committed to accomplishing by building productive working relationships with others regardless of our formal position or authority. Everyone requires some level of personal leadership effectiveness to be successful in life and work. But how can one expand their personal leadership effectiveness in order to be even more successful. This workshop introduces participants to the Five Foundations of the Personal Leadership Effectiveness Star, giving them and understanding of each element and how they work together. Subsequent sessions develop the practices associated with each of the Five Foundations
